New occupier now agreed for 21 Charlemont

We are delighted to announce that ViaSat has recently agreed on a new lease of our newly constructed grade A office building in Dublin City Centre. ViaSat fit-out is commencing imminently, and they will be occupying the building by September. We wish ViaSat and the team every success in the future.
