Rohan is delighted to announce it has just started a complete ‘Grade A’ refurbishment of the office space in one of its buildings in Grand Canal Plaza office development. The building forms part of a 3 building plaza (including Accenture’s European HQ and adjoining Google’s HQ) in what many consider to be the most exciting office location in the city. Work to the building is due to complete this summer and will be the closest thing to a new building finish in the City Centre in some time.

BT have just signed a new long lease on the top 2 floors in the building, thus leaving 42,174 sq ft available to the market.
It is understood from the plans that Rohan and their design team, led by BKD Architects and Jones Lang LaSalle, intend to set a new benchmark for refurbished office buildings in Dublin. It is known that Rohan have been heavily influenced by advances in specification in the London office market and the changing requirements and expectations of national and international occupiers in an increasingly global market place. In this regard it is noted that based on the specification being provided occupiers could achieve an impressive LEED GOLD certification.
2 Grand Canal Plaza will be one of only a select few ‘Grade A’ offices available in the Dublin City Centre which can cater for requirements between 8,000 and 40,000 sq ft.
