Rohan Holdings has received a decision to grant full planning permission for the next phase of development at Dublin AirPort Logistics Park. Peregrine House and Contrail House will form part of the latest addition to Rohan’s portfolio.
Peregrine House will provide 50,319 sq. ft. of high quality warehouse with approx 10% office space. Peregrine House offers a 12 metre eaves, 5 dock levellers, 2 doors at grade and a generous 35 metre secure yard for occupiers.
Contrail House will extend to 69,120 sq. ft. with approx. 10% office space. Cardinal House offers a 12 metre eaves, with 7 dock levellers, 2 doors at grade and a generous 35 metre secure yard.
Both units benefit from LEED Silver sustainability credentials with construction commencing shortly and will complete in H1 2022.
