Rohan applies for next phase at Dublin AirPort Logistics Park

Rohan Holdings has lodged a planning application for the next phase of development at Dublin AirPort Logistics Park. Crane House and Cardinal House will form part of the latest addition to Rohan’s portfolio. Crane House will provide approx. 51,288 sq. ft. of high quality warehouse and office space along with a 54 metre secure yard providing ideal truck and trailer parking for occupiers. Cardinal House will extend to approx. 68,815 sq. ft., with 7 dock levellers, 12m eaves and a generous 50 metre secure yard. Both units will enjoy visibility from the M2 and will be available for occupation in H2 2020.
