09.06.2021

Rohan Holdings is delighted to announce the launch of phases 1 and 2 at its SouthWest Business Park providing over 300,000 sq. ft. of prime logistics buildings.

This development is located at Cheeverstown, Citywest and will be Dublin’s only new logistics park with LUAS access directly opposite the park, while also being only a 1-minute drive from the M7 and a 5-minute drive from the M50.

4 units with 12m clear internal height ranging in sizes from 20,000 to 60,000 sq. ft. will be available initially and a state-of-the-art flagship unit of 162,500 sq. ft. will comprise phase 2 with features such as 14m clear internal height, yard depth of up to 56m and parking for over 30 articulated trucks.

All units will have LEED Silver sustainability credentials with the park having a “greenway” amenity immediately adjoining while traffic will be controlled by barrier access at both its R136 (N7 access road) and Citywest Avenue entrances. Units will be available for occupation by Q3 / Q4 of 2022. Read more about it here in The Irish Times.
